His services included building a completely new kitchen, cabinetry for 2 bathrooms, a beautiful walk-in closet complete with drawers and shelves as well as complete renewal of window and baseboard trims. Peter Ross did a design and renovation of our kitchen with which we were extremely happy. We met Peter at the Lake Country Art Walk where he was displaying his work. We had been thinking of a renovation for some time but just hadn't found the right person or concept. We knew immediately on seeing his work and speaking with him that he was that person. He was a complete gentleman, gave honest estimates, stuck to them and is a true artist. He completed the work according to budget and was very respectful of our time and convenience. Peter has worked on many projects, with me. He has built me a custom kitchen in Cherry, and designed a drop ceiling fixture, for a vaulted ceiling, which was stunning.  As well as bedroom furniture and custom bathrooms & a dining room suite:  I am very happy with it all.

Peter is able to understand my sometimes complex projects, and is easy to work with.

In another & different house, He designed a fireplace and display wall, for my home, which had to be in the style of Deco Art; and in exotic woods. 

My most recent project was for him to build me a custom wine cellar, which he has completed in style and quality. It has had many compliments, and is much admired by all friends & family. My wife and I started to deal with Peter Ross when he first established Guildmaster Furniture in the early 1980’s when he designed and built a sewing centre for us made out of oak. We found him to be very professional with innovative design ideas and the result was beyond our expectations. This lead to many other projects over the years including a complete bedroom suite, a complete kitchen, book shelves and cupboards for our library and book shelves and cupboards for our bedrooms. Peter was always exceptional to deal with, a good attention to detail in both design and production and the quality was always top notch. We still enjoy all the pieces he has made for us some as far back as 30 years ago.
